Wheat-rye bread in Mulinex bread maker

Medium-porous bread with a brown crust and a loose but firm crumb. It goes well with soups and as a base for sandwiches. This recipe makes a loaf weighing about 750 grams. We suggest that the dough kneading process be carried out in a separate stage on the appropriate program - this will allow you to observe the dough, and, if desired, it is convenient to add spices or seeds.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
From the total specified amount of water, we measure out half a glass and heat to a warm temperature. Pour in dry yeast, granulated sugar and stir well. We leave the dough for fifteen to twenty minutes to activate the yeast.
step 2 out of 6
Sift wheat and rye flour through a sieve. Pour the rest of the water, vegetable oil into the bowl, add salt and add the dough. Pour the sifted flour mixture on top. We put the bowl in the bread maker.
step 3 out of 6
We choose, according to the instructions, the mode of mixing or kneading the dough. During this program, all the ingredients are mixed and a soft dough is formed, rolled into a ball.
step 4 out of 6
Now we select the fast bread baking program (program time - 2.5 hours), indicate the weight of 750 grams and set the desired degree of crispness of the crust. Press the "Start" button - proofing and baking of bread will begin. The lid must not be opened at this stage.
step 5 out of 6
After the baking time has elapsed and the bread maker beeps, the bowl with the finished bread can already be taken out.
step 6 out of 6
Carefully turn the bowl over and remove the loaf. From the bottom of the product, carefully pull out the hook for kneading the dough. Put the bread on the wire rack and let it cool completely.
