Lush pancakes made from expired yogurt

Every housewife at least once in her life had cases when fermented milk products expired. I want to share a wonderful recipe for lush pancakes made from expired yogurt. Pancakes on yoghurt turn out to be unusually tender and airy, perfect for a family breakfast.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
The first step is to prepare all the ingredients you need for your expired yogurt lush pancakes.
step 2 out of 8
Break chicken eggs, preheated to room temperature, into a deep container. Then add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt. Adjust the amount of granulated sugar according to your own taste.
step 3 out of 8
Using a whisk, beat until smooth and fluffy.
step 4 out of 8
Gradually sift the required amount of wheat flour and baking soda into the resulting egg mass. Stir well with a mixer or whisk until smooth and uniform.
step 5 out of 8
Then pour in the expired room temperature yogurt. Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed and the lumps disappear completely. Leave the dough to rest for 10-15 minutes.
step 6 out of 8
In the meantime, heat a deep skillet with a thick bottom over high heat. Then pour in a small amount of vegetable oil. Reduce heat to low. Using a tablespoon, carefully spread the dough at a distance, spreading it evenly over the entire surface of the pan.
step 7 out of 8
As soon as the sides of the pancakes are fried and the dough thickens on top and bubbles appear, use two forks or a spatula to turn the pancakes over to the other side and fry until golden brown.
step 8 out of 8
Place hot pancakes on a platter or large plate, covering with paper towels or napkins to absorb excess oil. Then transfer the lush pancakes from expired yogurt to a serving dish and serve in portions. Additionally, serve your favorite preserves, jams, condensed milk or sour cream.

Enjoy your tea!
