I often recommend my favorite recipe for lush pancakes to my friends and acquaintances, and today I want to share with you. The dough is prepared with 500 milliliters of kefir, just such a portion is enough to have a family breakfast. The baked goods are tender and airy. Cook, and your loved ones will not remain indifferent.

First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for fluffy and porous kefir pancakes.

Remove the kefir from the refrigerator in advance and warm it at room temperature or warm it up a little in the microwave.

Then break the chicken eggs.

Whisk with a mixer or whisk until fluffy.

Add the required amount of granulated sugar.

Mix well with a mixer or whisk until smooth. Leave the resulting mass for 7-10 minutes.

Introduce wheat flour previously sifted through a fine sieve in several steps. Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed and the lumps disappear completely.

The consistency of the dough should be like sour cream.

Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet well over moderate heat. Then brush with the required amount of vegetable oil. Using a tablespoon, gently spread the dough at a short distance from each other, evenly distributing it over the entire surface of the pan.

As soon as the edges are golden brown and the dough is firmly set, use a silicone or wooden spatula to turn the pancakes over to the other side and fry until they are even golden brown.

Serve cooked kefir pancakes with your favorite hot drinks, if you wish, add your favorite jam, jam, condensed milk, fresh berries or fruits. If you added more granulated sugar to the dough than indicated in the recipe, additionally serve sour cream, it will balance the taste.
