Remove kefir from the refrigerator in advance and heat it at room temperature or slightly heat it in a microwave oven or over low heat. Take a deep container, pour the prepared kefir, add the required amount of baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly using a mixer or whisk until characteristic bubbles appear.
Heat a deep skillet well over moderate heat. Pour in the required amount of vegetable oil. Using a tablespoon, gently spread the dough at a short distance from each other, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. Once the edges are browned, use a silicone or wooden spatula to flip over to the other side and brown until golden brown.
