Pancakes cooked in kefir with yeast always turn out fluffy and fluffy. The dough is kneaded with fast acting yeast, which takes less time for a good rise of the dough. You don't need to add the egg to the dough, this does not affect the taste of the pancakes. An important condition for fluffy pancakes is not to stir the dough before baking.
