I would like to offer a variant of a delicious and quite hearty breakfast. Lush kefir pancakes with baking powder according to this recipe I often cook for my family for breakfasts on weekends. The pancakes are incredibly tasty and tender. The recipe is quite simple, even inexperienced cooks can handle it.
