Here's a recipe for quick and easy-to-make lush whey pancakes. The baked goods are incredibly tender and fluffy. The pancakes look appetizing and smell aromatic, attracting everyone at home with their scent.

In a deep dish in which you will prepare the dough, sift the required amount of wheat flour through a sieve and add dry yeast. Mix well. Then add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt, break a chicken egg at room temperature.

Remove the serum from the refrigerator and warm it at room temperature, or slightly heat it over a fire or in a microwave oven.

Put the warmed whey into the bowl with the prepared ingredients. Stir the mass thoroughly with a mixer or a whisk until a homogeneous smooth consistency. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or cling film. Leave the dough at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.

During this time, the dough will increase in volume well. Heat a frying pan over low heat. Then brush with the required amount of vegetable oil. Spoon the dough out with a tablespoon. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides over low heat.
