There is a misconception that fluffy pancakes can be cooked either with yeast or fermented milk products. I want to share a quick and simple recipe for fluffy and delicate textured milk pancakes without yeast. As a filler, you can use various dried fruits or not use them at all.

Add granulated sugar. Adjust the amount according to your own preference. Pour in the required amount of milk. Add flour sifted through a fine sieve in several steps. Quench the baking soda with vinegar and add to the rest of the ingredients. Using a whisk or mixer, mix thoroughly until a smooth, homogeneous mass is formed and the lumps disappear completely.
Put the prepared pancakes on a plate or dish, previously covered with paper towels, so that the excess oil is absorbed. Then transfer the pancakes to a serving platter. Serve ready-made fluffy pancakes in milk without yeast hot for tea or coffee, additionally decorating with fresh berries or serving jam, jam, condensed milk or sour cream.
