There is a misconception that fluffy pancakes can be cooked either with yeast or fermented milk products. I want to share a quick and simple recipe for fluffy and delicate textured milk pancakes without yeast. As a filler, you can use various dried fruits or not use them at all.

Prepare all the ingredients you need for fluffy pancakes with yeast-free milk. Take out the ingredients in the refrigerator ahead of time. Take a deep bowl, break the chicken eggs. Add a little salt and beat thoroughly until smooth using a whisk or mixer.

Add granulated sugar. Adjust the amount according to your own preference. Pour in the required amount of milk. Add flour sifted through a fine sieve in several steps. Quench the baking soda with vinegar and add to the rest of the ingredients. Using a whisk or mixer, mix thoroughly until a smooth, homogeneous mass is formed and the lumps disappear completely.

Sort the raisins well from excess debris, rinse thoroughly under warm running water, and then dry by laying on paper towels. Put the prepared raisins into the prepared dough and mix well so that the raisins are evenly distributed over the dough.
