Lush pancakes with milk without yeast and soda

Pancake dough can be kneaded on almost any dairy or fermented milk product. In this case, we use regular milk. For splendor, firstly, beat the dough well - for this it is convenient to use a mixer. Secondly, we add baking powder. The dough will be saturated with air bubbles and result in fluffy pancakes. The dough preparation process will take no more than ten to fifteen minutes.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Break eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt to them, the specified amount of granulated sugar, vanillin and pour in milk. By the way, if the milk is already approaching the expiration date or is completely sour, we can safely use it in the dough - this is an ideal ingredient for fluffy pancakes.
step 2 out of 7
Beat eggs with milk and additives with a mixer until smooth and air bubbles appear on the surface.
step 3 out of 7
Next, sift the flour and pour it over the resulting liquid mass. Depending on the flour, you may need a little more or less flour than the recipe says. Therefore, we recommend adding it in portions to monitor the consistency.
step 4 out of 7
Beat the dough at low speed with a mixer until smooth. The finished dough should be smooth, homogeneous, medium thick. If you collect the dough in a spoon, then it should flow down gently from it, but not quickly pour or fall in a piece. Pour baking powder on top of the kneaded dough and mix everything well with a mixer again so that the baking powder is well distributed throughout the mass.
step 5 out of 7
Pour odorless vegetable oil into a frying pan. Its amount should be such that the bottom is covered with a thin layer. During the frying process, you can always add more oil between the pancakes. Preheat a frying pan with oil on the stove until hot.
step 6 out of 7
We collect the dough with a tablespoon and put it in the pan in the form of rounded pancakes. We keep a small distance between the products so that they do not stick together. Maintain the temperature of the plate medium-low - the dough must have time to bake. Fry pancakes on one side for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Then we turn them over to the other side and continue to fry until they are browned from below.
step 7 out of 7
Remove the finished pancakes from the pan with a spatula and place them on a paper towel so that it absorbs excess oil. Fry the rest of the dough in the same way. Serve hot pancakes with sour cream, jam, honey.
Bon Appetit!
