Lush pancakes with sour milk without yeast with soda and eggs

Today I want to share a quick recipe for incredibly delicious fluffy pancakes cooked in yeast-free curdled milk with soda and eggs. Homemade baked goods have a porous, airy texture. Pancakes are great for a friendly tea party.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 16
Break a room temperature chicken egg into a deep container and add the required amount of granulated sugar and vanillin to taste. Mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth and fluffy.
step 2 out of 16
Remove the curdled milk in advance from the refrigerator and heat it over a fire or in a microwave oven until warm, and then pour it into the egg mass. Mix well.
step 3 out of 16
Melt the butter over medium heat or in the microwave. Then add to the liquid ingredients.
step 4 out of 16
Sift the required amount of wheat flour into a separate container through a fine sieve.
step 5 out of 16
Then add salt and baking soda and stir well.
step 6 out of 16
Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients in several steps.
step 7 out of 16
Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed and the lumps disappear completely. For convenience, arm yourself with a whisk or mixer.
step 8 out of 16
Cover the container with the dough with a clean dry towel or tighten with cling film and leave at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
step 9 out of 16
Stir the rested dough with gentle movements from bottom to top.
step 10 out of 16
Heat a skillet with a thick bottom over low heat. Pour in a small amount of vegetable oil. With a tablespoon, gently place the dough, filling the entire surface of the pan.
step 11 out of 16
As soon as the edges are browned and the dough has set well and is covered with bubbles, use two forks or a spatula to turn the pancakes over to the other side.
step 12 out of 16
Cover and fry the pancakes until golden brown.
step 13 out of 16
Remove the finished pancakes from the pan.
step 14 out of 16
Place on a serving platter or large serving plate.
step 15 out of 16
Pancakes are obtained with a porous texture.
step 16 out of 16
Serve cooked pancakes on curdled milk with soda and eggs with your favorite hot drinks, if you wish, add your favorite sauce or filler - jam, jam, jam, syrup, condensed milk or sour cream, or decorate with powdered sugar, fresh berries or fruits.

Enjoy your tea!
