Pancakes can be cooked on fermented baked milk without using yeast. The dish turns out to be incredibly lush and very delicate in taste.

Break the egg in a large deep plate, add salt and sugar to it. Beat the mass.

Pour fermented baked milk into the beaten egg, add flour with baking powder. Gently and continuously knead the dough into pancakes to break all the lumps and get the most homogeneous mass.

We heat a frying pan with butter. We spread 1-2 tablespoons of dough for each pancake. Fry until bright blush over medium heat on each side.
