I want to share an incredibly delicious favorite recipe for lush pancakes with cream. I often make such pancakes for family Sunday breakfasts. The baked goods are tender and airy. I recommend you use a simple recipe and make these fluffy pancakes.

Introduce wheat flour previously sifted through a fine sieve in several steps. Add the required amount of dry yeast and vanillin. Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed and the lumps disappear completely. Tighten the container with cling film and place in a warm place for about 10-20 minutes.
When the edges of the pancakes are browned and the dough has set well, use a silicone or wooden spatula to turn the pancakes over to the other side and fry until golden brown. Serve the prepared fluffy pancakes with cream on the table to your favorite hot drinks, if desired, additionally serve jam, jam, condensed milk or sour cream.
