Lush whey pancakes with dry yeast

With great pleasure I want to share a wonderful recipe for delicious fluffy pancakes cooked in whey with dry yeast. The pancakes are tender, fluffy, airy and very appetizing. Prepare such pancakes for breakfast or just for tea.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Take the serum out of the refrigerator in advance and warm it up a little in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Pour into a deep bowl. Add the required amount of dry yeast, a tablespoon of flour, sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly until they are completely dissolved and leave for 15 minutes for the yeast to work (the dough will begin to rise).
step 2 out of 7
In several steps, in a dough, sift the rest of the flour through a fine sieve.
step 3 out of 7
Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is formed. Cover the container with the dough with a clean kitchen towel or tighten with cling film and leave at room temperature until it doubles in volume.
step 4 out of 7
Add eggs to the risen dough and mix thoroughly with a spoon or mixer and leave for another 20 minutes.
step 5 out of 7
In the meantime, heat a deep skillet with a thick bottom over high heat. Then pour in a small amount of vegetable oil. Reduce heat to low. Using a tablespoon, carefully place the dough a short distance apart. So that the pancakes slide easily into the pan, dip the spoon in a glass of cold water.
step 6 out of 7
When the edges of the pancakes are browned and the dough thickens on top, use a spatula or two forks to turn the pancakes over to the other side and fry until golden brown.
step 7 out of 7
Put hot fluffy pancakes on whey with dry yeast on a platter or a large plate, serve in portions, add your favorite sauce or filler if desired - jam, jam, condensed milk or sour cream.

Bon Appetit!

Was the dough allowed to stand before adding flour there?

Made according to your recipe. Nothing has risen. Killed a lot of time. Your photo does not match. The recipe is bullshit.

Larissa, we regret that it happened, thanks to your remarks the recipe was corrected, there really was a technological inaccuracy, without which you should now be able to do everything!
