I propose to use a fairly simple and quick recipe and prepare a delicious breakfast for your loved ones. Pancakes made with yoghurt and yeast turn out to be extraordinarily tender and fluffy. Such pancakes always turn out tasty and airy, regardless of whether they are sweet or not.

Remove the yogurt from the refrigerator in advance and warm it at room temperature. Put the prepared yogurt in a deep container.

Sift the required amount of wheat flour several times through a fine sieve into a separate container and add dry yeast, mix the dry ingredients well.

Add dry ingredients in several steps into a container with yogurt and mix well until smooth and uniform. For convenience, you can use a whisk or mixer.

Add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt.

Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous smooth consistency is formed. Tighten the container with the dough with cling film and leave to rise for about 15-20 minutes.
