Puree from pears without sugar for the winter

Sugar-free pear puree retains its natural aroma and taste well, contains very few calories, and is quick and easy to prepare. It will be a wonderful dessert for those who adhere to the principles of healthy eating. We prepare mashed potatoes with sterilization.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 3
Wash the pears well with warm water. Then cut them into halves and remove the seed pods and stem bases. Cut the fruit into small pieces, transfer them to a jam pot and add the required amount of water. Put the saucepan with pears on the stove and cook them within 20 minutes from the beginning of the boil.
step 2 out of 3
Grind softened and boiled pears on a sieve to remove the peel and cake. The resulting puree can be whipped a little more with an immersion blender, but this is optional.
step 3 out of 3
Then transfer the prepared pear puree to the same saucepan and over low heat, without covering the pan with a lid, boil the puree to the consistency you need. Divide the hot puree into clean jars and sterilize in another large saucepan for 15 minutes. The sterilization time depends on the volume of your jars. Then roll up the jars, turn them over onto the lids and cover with a warm blanket for a day.

Happy and tasty preparations!
