Pear puree for children for the winter

I want to share a simple and quick recipe for pear puree for children for the winter. Homemade fruit puree does not contain granulated sugar at all and is perfect not only for young children, but also for all those who watch their diet and shape.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
First of all, measure out the required number of pears. Choose ripe, sturdy pears. Wash the pears thoroughly in cold running water using a vegetable and fruit brush. Dry the prepared pears with a kitchen towel, then remove the seeds and cores and cut into small pieces.
step 2 out of 5
Pass the prepared pears through a meat grinder or chop with a blender until smooth and smooth.
step 3 out of 5
Put the chopped fruit mass in a saucepan with a thick bottom, put on moderate heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Boil the pear puree for just a few minutes.
step 4 out of 5
Prepare the jars, wash them thoroughly in warm water and baking soda. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a separate saucepan. Sterilize the prepared jars in a convenient way - in the microwave, in the oven or in a water bath. Put the hot pear puree in sterile jars and screw with sterile lids.
step 5 out of 5
Turn the jars of delicate fruit puree upside down and wrap them in a warm blanket or towel. Leave in this position until completely cooled for about a day, then move the jars to a dark, cool place - in the cellar or closet. You can taste the completely cooled down healthy pear puree.

Bon Appetit!
