Puree of pears and bananas for the winter

I propose to use a simple and incredibly tasty recipe and prepare a fragrant and very tasty fruit puree from pears and bananas for the winter. If the fruit is sweet enough on its own, then you can exclude granulated sugar and not put it in the treat.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Select the required amount of ripe juicy pears. Wash the pears thoroughly in warm running water using a fruit and vegetable brush. Dry the prepared pears by placing them on a clean kitchen towel, then peel them of seeds and core and cut into medium-sized cubes.
step 2 out of 8
Put the chopped pears in a metal dish with a thick bottom, put on low heat and bring to a boil, boil the pears for about 5-7 minutes, covered with a lid.
step 3 out of 8
While the pears are stewing, prepare the bananas, wash them in warm running water using a vegetable and fruit brush. Then pat dry on a clean kitchen towel, then peel the bananas. Cut the peeled bananas into slices.
step 4 out of 8
Put prepared bananas in a container with softened pears.
step 5 out of 8
Then add cinnamon and granulated sugar as desired. If you want a natural fruit puree, eliminate all flavors. Put the bowl with fruits on low heat again and bring to a boil, then cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
step 6 out of 8
Wipe the cooked fruit through a fine sieve or use a hand blender and grind the fruit mass to a smooth smooth consistency right in the bowl in which the fruit was cooked.
step 7 out of 8
Put the chopped fruit mass on a minimum heat, bring to a boil and boil for just a couple of minutes, then remove from heat.
step 8 out of 8
Wash the jars in warm water with baking soda and sterilize in a convenient way. Pour boiling water over the lids. Arrange the hot pear and banana puree in clean jars and screw with sterile lids. Then turn them upside down and wrap them in a towel. Leave to cool completely, and then move the jars to storage. Serve the finished fruit puree.

Bon Appetit!
