Puree of pears and apples for children for the winter

I propose to prepare a delicious vitamin puree from pears and apples for children for the winter. Fruit puree does not contain granulated sugar at all, and therefore is an irreplaceable useful complementary food for small children.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Select juicy and ripe apples and pears, wash well and dry them with a kitchen towel, peel them off with a vegetable peeler. Cut the peeled fruit into thin slices, removing the core with the seeds. Then put them in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and pour in drinking water, put on fire and bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and cook the fruit for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
step 2 out of 4
Cool the cooked fruit a little, and then grind until smooth and smooth using a hand blender directly in the saucepan. Put the chopped fruit mass on low heat again. Bring to a boil and simmer the fruit puree for about 3-5 minutes. Wash the jars well and sterilize them in a convenient way. Pour boiling water over the lids.
step 3 out of 4
Gently place the hot pear and apple puree in sterile jars so as not to burn yourself. Tighten hot jars of fruit puree with sterile lids. Then gently turn them upside down and wrap them in a warm blanket or terrycloth towel. Leave in this position until it cools completely for about a day.
step 4 out of 4
Move completely cooled jars with fruit puree from pears and apples to a dark, cool place for long-term storage - in a closet, cellar or basement.

Enjoy an incredibly tasty and healthy treat!
