Puree of pears and apples with condensed milk for the winter

At home, you can prepare fruit and vegetable puree for the winter using various methods and devices. I want to share an unusually delicious recipe for mashed pears and apples with condensed milk. The consistency of the fruit puree is uniform and quite thick. Puree is perfect as a filling for pastry desserts.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Take the required amount of apples and pears, wash well and dry them by placing them on a clean dry towel, peel them using a vegetable peeler. Cut the peeled apples and pears into small pieces, removing the core with the seeds using a special tool.
step 2 out of 6
Put the prepared pears and apples in a saucepan with a thick bottom and pour in the required amount of drinking water, put on moderate heat and bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat, and cook the fruit for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
step 3 out of 6
Cool the cooked fruit a little, and then grind until smooth and smooth using a hand blender directly in the saucepan. Add granulated sugar if desired. If the fruits are sweet enough on their own, then you can not put granulated sugar at all. Put the crushed mass back on moderate heat. Bring to a boil.
step 4 out of 6
Then open a can of condensed milk and add the required amount to the boiling fruit puree. Stir well, bring to a boil again and boil the fruit mass for about 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Wash the jars well and sterilize in the microwave, oven, or water bath. Pour boiling water over the lids.
step 5 out of 6
Arrange the pear and apple puree with condensed milk in sterile jars. Tighten hot fruit puree jars or roll up sterile lids. Then turn them upside down and wrap something warm. Leave in this state until completely cooled for about a day.
step 6 out of 6
Transfer the completely cooled jars of fruit puree to a cool dark place for long-term storage.

Enjoy an incredibly delicious treat!
