Puree of pears with cinnamon for the winter

I propose to prepare aromatic mashed pears with cinnamon for the winter. A healthy delicacy is obtained with an incredible flavor combination. The method of making pear puree is quite simple, and, for sure, any culinary specialist can handle it.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Measure out the required amount of juicy ripe pears. Wash them well in cool water with a fruit brush. Dry the washed pears with a clean towel, then peel them of seeds and core and chop randomly. Place in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, cover with cold water so that it completely covers the pears, put on fire and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for 15-20 minutes.
step 2 out of 5
Drain the cooked fruit through a colander and then rub through a fine sieve, or use a hand blender and chop the pears to a smooth, smooth consistency right in the saucepan. Add the required amount of granulated sugar and cinnamon, mix well or punch again with a blender. Place over medium heat, bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Boil the puree for 10 minutes.
step 3 out of 5
Wash the jars in warm water and sterilize in the microwave. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a separate saucepan. Arrange the hot pear and cinnamon puree in sterile jars and screw with sterile lids. Then turn them upside down and wrap them up with a blanket, terrycloth towel, or something warm. Leave in this state until it cools completely.
step 4 out of 5
Transfer the completely cooled jars of pear puree to a dark, cool place for storage - in the basement, cellar or closet.
step 5 out of 5
Taste leftover fruit puree with hot tea as a bite or spread on a slice of fresh bread.

Bon Appetit!
