Pear puree with condensed milk for the winter

You may be surprised, but I want to share an interesting recipe for pear mashed potatoes with condensed milk for the winter. Condensed milk gives the fruit puree a delicate, uniform consistency and incredible taste. Be sure to try it and I'm sure you won't regret it.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Take the required number of pears, wash well and dry, put on a dry towel, peel from the skin with a vegetable peeler. Cut the peeled pears into random pieces, removing the core with the seeds. Put prepared pears in a saucepan with a thick bottom and pour in drinking water, put on fire and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook pears for about 20 minutes.
step 2 out of 5
Cool the cooked pears a little, and then grind until smooth and smooth using a hand blender directly in the saucepan. If you don't have a blender, pears can be rubbed through a fine sieve.
step 3 out of 5
Put the crushed pear mass back on moderate heat. Add the required amount of granulated sugar and condensed milk. Adjust the amount of granulated sugar in accordance with your own taste preferences and the natural sweetness of the pears. Bring to a boil and simmer the fruit puree for about 5 minutes.
step 4 out of 5
Wash the jars thoroughly. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil. Sterilize the prepared jars in your favorite way - in the microwave, in the oven or in a water bath. Put the pear puree with condensed milk in sterile jars.
step 5 out of 5
Tighten hot fruit puree jars or roll them up with sterile lids. Then turn them upside down and wrap something warm. Leave in this state until completely cooled, then transfer to a cool dark place for storage.

Bon Appetit!
