I want to share my incredible find of an interesting and unusually tasty pear puree with condensed milk. The process of preparing the most delicate delicacy takes place in a multicooker, but if you do not have a multicooker available, such mashed potatoes can be easily prepared on the stove.

Add condensed milk. Mix well. Close the lid of the multicooker, on the device panel, select the "Stew" program, the cooking time is 10 minutes. Click the "Start" button. After the beep, open the lid, and then grind the mass with an immersion blender until smooth. Close the lid, on the appliance panel select the "Stew" program, cooking time - 5 minutes. Click the "Start" button.
Wash the jars well and sterilize. Pour boiling water over the lids. After the beep, open the lid of the device. Put the pear puree with condensed milk in sterile jars and screw with sterile lids. Turn them upside down and wrap them in a towel. Leave in this form until it cools completely, then transfer to storage. Serve the finished dessert for tea.
