Pear is a wonderful fruit from which you can prepare a large number of treats for the winter. I want to share one of my favorite pear puree recipes for the winter. For cooking, you need a multicooker. The consistency of the puree is light and tender.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Put the prepared pears in the multicooker bowl. Add the required amount of granulated sugar, vanillin and citric acid. Adjust the amount of granulated sugar in accordance with your own taste preferences and the natural sweetness of the pears. Stir the fruit thoroughly to completely dissolve the granulated sugar crystals.
Close the lid of the multicooker, set the "Stew" program on the panel of the device, the cooking time is 15 minutes. Click the "Start" button. After the beep, open the lid and stir well. Repeat this procedure 2 more times. Wash the jars thoroughly and sterilize. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil.
Bon Appetit!

Thanks for the recipe! I will definitely try to make pear puree. There is a Redmond multicooker at home.
