Pear puree in a Redmond slow cooker for the winter

It is with great pleasure that I want to share a wonderful recipe for a delicious and healthy pear puree cooked in a slow cooker. The consistency of the treat is uniform and tender. The puree does not contain granulated sugar at all and is obtained naturally without any additives.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Select the required amount of ripe and juicy pears. Wash them thoroughly in cool running water. Dry the washed pears by placing them on a clean kitchen towel, and then peel them off with a vegetable peeler. Finely chop the peeled pears, after removing the core with the seeds. Then place them in the multicooker bowl. Add the required amount of drinking water.
step 2 out of 5
Close the lid of the multicooker, set the "Cooking" program on the panel of the appliance, the cooking time is 20 minutes. Click the "Start" button. After the beep, open the lid and stir the fruit mass well.
step 3 out of 5
Grind the cooked pears until smooth with a hand blender. Set the "Cooking" program on the appliance panel again. Press the Start button and bring the puree to a boil. In the meantime, wash the jars thoroughly in warm water and baking soda and then sterilize them. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil.
step 4 out of 5
Place the hot pear puree in sterile jars and screw with sterile lids. Turn the fruit puree jars upside down and wrap them in a towel. Leave as it is until it cools completely.
step 5 out of 5
After cooling completely, transfer the pear puree jars to a cool, dark place. Natural fruit puree can be used as a stand-alone dessert or as a filling for homemade cakes.

Bon Appetit!
