Peel and core the previously washed apples. Cut the pulp into small wedges or cubes, put in a saucepan and cover with water.

Place the saucepan over low heat and bring the liquid to a boil under the lid. Cook the apples until they are completely softened, stirring occasionally. On average, this process takes 15 minutes, but it all depends on the size of the slices.

When the apples are cooked, remove the pan from the heat and grind everything with a blender until puree. Stir occasionally with a spoon, paying attention to the corners of the pot where large pieces may remain.

Add sugar and condensed milk, mix everything thoroughly.

Place the pot over medium heat again and bring the puree to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
