Puree from apples without sterilization with sugar for the winter

As a rule, jars with contents are additionally sterilized in boiling water. But this process is not obligatory, if both the container and the puree, in this case, are separately heat-treated.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Rinse the apples under running water and pat dry with a towel. Peel them, cut the core with seeds, and cut the pulp itself into small pieces of arbitrary shape. Alternatively, cut small slices in a circle until you have the core in your hands.
step 2 out of 5
Fill a saucepan with a thick or double bottom with apples, cover with sugar. Stir everything with a spoon so that the apples are completely covered with it.
step 3 out of 5
Using a hand blender, chop the apples until smooth, gradually increasing the speed to maximum.
step 4 out of 5
Place a saucepan over medium heat and bring the contents to a boil. Reduce heat to near low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring regularly, until mixture thickens.
step 5 out of 5
Pre-sterilize jars and lids in any way convenient for you. Spread the resulting puree in them and roll up either under the key, or screw tightly with screw caps. Banks with seaming cans either upside down or fold on their side, wrap with a blanket and leave to cool completely. Then store the puree in a dark and cool place.
Bon Appetit!
