Sprinkle the prepared fish with salt, black pepper and suneli hops. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Rub salt, spices and butter with juice over all the carcasses with our hands. We carefully process the inner cavity of the fish so that the meat is well marinated from the inside too. We leave the trout for half an hour - forty minutes for marinating.
