The cooking process takes a little time: we prepare vegetables and meat, sauté, then add spices. The rest will be done for you by your kitchen assistant - a multicooker. We turn it on to the "Stew" mode and an hour later you will have a healthy dinner on your table!

We wash the cauliflower and divide into small inflorescences. We put it in the multicooker bowl. Then add tomato paste, salt and spices, filtered water to the stew. Mix all the ingredients well, set the "Stew" mode on the multicooker for 60 minutes, close the multicooker lid and press the "Start" button.
