Cauliflower stew with meat

Not sure what dish to cook for a family dinner, so that it is hearty and healthy? We have an idea! Delicious vegetable stew with meat! The cooking process takes a little time: we prepare vegetables and meat, sauté, then add spices. The rest will be done for you by your kitchen assistant - a multicooker. We turn it on to the "Stew" mode and an hour later you will have a healthy dinner on your table!

Peel the onions, rinse and chop them into small cubes. Turn the multicooker to the "Fry" mode, add vegetable oil to the multicooker bowl and fry the onion until golden brown.

We clean the carrots, wash and rub on a coarse grater. We spread the carrots to the onions, mix and fry for 3-4 minutes.

Today we took a fillet of beef to make the stew. For cooking, you can use any meat: if you want your dish to be lighter, use chicken, turkey or rabbit, and if more satisfying, use pork. We wash the meat under running water, dry it with a paper towel and cut into small cubes.

Put the meat in a multicooker bowl with vegetables and fry for about 8-10 minutes.

We wash the cauliflower and divide into small inflorescences. We put it in the multicooker bowl. Then add tomato paste, salt and spices, filtered water to the stew. Mix all the ingredients well, set the "Stew" mode on the multicooker for 60 minutes, close the multicooker lid and press the "Start" button.

After the sound signal of readiness, leave the vegetables in the multicooker for another 5-10 minutes.
