Melt the ghee in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry on a paper towel. Cut the fillets into small cubes and send to the skillet with ghee. Fry until the meat turns white.

Peel the onion, chop finely. Add the onion to the pan with the chicken. Fry everything until the onions are transparent.
