Zucchini stew with sour cream

Zucchini stew with sour cream is a dish that can be whipped up. To make it more satisfying, add some potatoes or cabbage to it.

Wash the vegetables thoroughly under running water. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings. Peel the carrots and cut into rings. Pour a little sunflower oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom, put onions and carrots into it, cover and simmer vegetables over low heat for 5-6 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and place them in a saucepan with slightly stewed onions and carrots. Pour some water into a saucepan and continue to simmer vegetables.

Cut the cabbage into strips and add it to the stew in a saucepan with the rest of the vegetables.
