I want to share another recipe for zucchini stew. Today I propose to cook a vegetable dish in a slow cooker. Surely, many housewives have this irreplaceable assistant. The dish is prepared from simple and affordable ingredients and turns out to be aromatic and mouth-watering.

Wash the courgettes, carrots, and potatoes. Peel the zucchini and carrots with a vegetable peeler. Grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the prepared courgettes into medium-sized cubes. Peel the onions, rinse under running water and cut into small cubes. Peel and cut the young potatoes into medium-sized cubes.

Set the "Baking" mode on the device panel, time - 15 minutes. Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, put finely chopped onions, zucchini and grated carrots, cook with the lid open until the end of the program, stirring occasionally. Then add the potatoes, set the "Stew" mode, the cooking time is 1 hour.

Rinse the dill greens thoroughly under running water, shake off excess moisture and finely chop with a sharp knife. Serve the finished vegetable stew in portions, garnish with chopped dill.
