Stew with mushrooms in a slow cooker

Today we will prepare an excellent stew with meat and mushrooms. Along with meat, the stew contains a large amount of vegetables, so the stew turns out to be light, at the same time satisfying. We will cook the stew in our kitchen assistant - a multicooker. Thanks to the various functions of the multicooker, we will first fry the meat in it, and then we will simmer it with vegetables. The stew will turn out to be juicy, aromatic and very tasty. So let's get down to cooking!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
For the stew, we have chosen the pork shoulder, you can use any type of meat you prefer (pork, beef or chicken). We wash the meat under running water, pat it with a paper towel and cut into small cubes. Turn on the multicooker to the "Fry" mode, add vegetable oil to the multicooker bowl and lay out the meat. Fry it for 10-15 minutes. At this time, we clean and wash the onions, chop them into cubes. We clean the carrots, wash and rub on a coarse grater. After the meat is a little fried, set the "Baking" or "Stew" mode, close the lid of the multicooker and simmer the meat for about 40 minutes. After half an hour, open the lid of the multicooker and add onions and carrots to the meat, mix and close the lid of the multicooker again.
step 2 out of 4
Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into cubes, rinse the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, cut the pepper into small cubes. We wash the tomato and also cut it into cubes. We wash the mushrooms and chop them into small slices. We wash the zucchini, remove the stalk, peel and cut it into small cubes.
step 3 out of 4
After the beep, open the lid of the multicooker and add the rest of the vegetables, salt and spices, bay leaf and a glass of water to the meat. A lot of water should not be added right away, as the zucchini and tomatoes will let the juice go. After 10-15 minutes of cooking, we will check the water level and decide whether to add more. Mix everything well, turn on the "Quenching" mode for 50 minutes and close the lid of the multicooker.
step 4 out of 4
After the beep, open the lid of the multicooker - our stew is completely ready. Put it on a plate, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve. Bon Appetit!
