We remove the ponytails from the bottom and cut the stem to the size we need.

Let's prepare the syrup (for 1 liter of apples - 1 kilogram of sugar): mix the sugar and water in a bowl or saucepan of a suitable size. We put on fire and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Pour apples into bubbling syrup and mix gently. We continue cooking for 7-8 minutes and leave to cool completely.

After 8-10 hours, we send it to the stove again, for 40 minutes. You need to mix, but you should do it very carefully so as not to damage the ranetki.
