Harvesting whole paradise apples for the cold season is not an easy task, which requires about 2 days, however, the result will surprise you. Transparent marmalade balls prepared in jars are very similar to Christmas tree decorations, children will definitely be delighted with such a treat. And what a taste and aroma they have!

Apples should be taken of approximately the same size for a beautiful seaming appearance. We wash the selected fruits thoroughly without removing the stalks.

We pierce each fruit with a skewer or a toothpick to speed up further cooking.

Let's prepare a syrup: mix water and granulated sugar, do not forget to add citric acid for a rich color. We put on low heat and cook, stirring actively until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Gently pour the ranetki into the finished sweet filling and leave to cook for 13-15 minutes.

We remove from the stove and cool, as a rule, it takes 12-14 hours. Then we repeat the cooking and while hot we lay the apples in syrup on clean jars (there is no need to sterilize them, it is enough to rinse with soda and pour over with boiling water).
