The finished pickle preparation is a real lifesaver. When you need to quickly cook soup, it is, by the way, at your fingertips. It remains only to add it to meat or vegetable broth with cereals and potatoes 3-5 minutes before the end of cooking and adjust the amount of spices. Everything, ready-made soup is on your table!

We wash the cucumbers under running water and cut into small cubes.

We wash the bell pepper and put it on a kitchen towel so that it dries a little from the water. Then cut the pepper in half, remove the stalk and seeds. Grind the peppers in mashed potatoes in a blender.

We wash the dill and put it on a towel so that the glass has excess moisture. Then chop it finely with a knife. Peel the onions, rinse and soak for 10-15 minutes in cold water. Then we chop it into small cubes. In a large bowl, combine chopped cucumbers, onions and dill. Add salt and sugar, vegetable oil, mix well.

Then put the vegetables in a deep saucepan, add the pepper puree, stir and put the pan on the fire. Bring the mass to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and boil for 12-15 minutes.

In the cooking horse, add vinegar to the vegetables, mix well, boil for a minute and remove from heat.

Put the hot pickle in sterilized jars, tighten with boiled lids and leave to cool completely at room temperature. Then we remove the jars for storage in a dark, cool place.
