Pickle in Polish

Polish pickle differs from the traditional one by the absence of pearl barley. Such a pickle is prepared in beef broth. Flour with sour cream makes the pickle taste rich and rich. The first dish turns out to be very tasty and satisfying. The sour taste goes well with vegetables. If you have ready-made beef broth in your fridge, you should definitely make a pickle in Polish.

Put the saucepan with the broth on the fire until it boils. Prepare your vegetables. Peel the onions and carrots.

Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrots or chop them.

Melt the butter in a well-heated skillet. Send the onions and carrots to fry until soft.

Wash and peel the potatoes.

Cut into medium sized cubes or wedges. You can choose the cutting method yourself.

Send the potatoes to the broth in a saucepan.
