Pickle with beans for the winter

Remove the husk from the onion and chop it. Peel and dice the carrots.

Pour water into a saucepan, put beans in it and boil until tender. To make the beans soft, you can pre-soak them overnight.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes. Wash the greens and chop it finely with a knife.

Put a large saucepan on the fire, pour sunflower oil into it. First, fry the onions in it over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, then add the carrots and cucumbers. Simmer vegetables until tender. Add tomato paste, stir and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
