Pickle with barley and pickles

Let's start with the meat broth. We wash the meat thoroughly and send it to the pan, fill it with three liters of water. Do not forget to remove the foam after boiling.

Boil pearl barley. We wash and clean vegetables, prepare other ingredients.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes and send them to the meat broth. If the meat was chopped coarsely, then we take out the cooked pieces, grind them for soup and put them back in the saucepan.

Rub the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion and pickles. We send all this to a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil. We pass.
