The main ingredient in the pickle is pickles. Together with the cucumber pickle, they give a pleasant sourness and make the pickle special. Here is a not quite classic, but no less delicious pickle recipe.

Inspect the chicken for freshness. Rinse thoroughly with running water. Place the meat in a saucepan. Fill with water so that the meat is completely covered. We turn on the stove, set the meat to cook over high heat. When it boils, turn the fire down. Skim the broth as needed. Salt the meat. Continue cooking until tender.
At the same time, we begin to engage in roasting vegetables. We turn on the burner, put a frying pan with vegetable oil on it. As soon as it warms up, we send the onion into it first, fry until soft. Then we add chopped carrots to the onion, simmer everything together over low heat for about 3-5 minutes.
Cook the pickle with rice for 5 minutes. Turn off the burner, leave the pan on the stove. This will prevent the rice from being overcooked, but will simply swell and soften. When the pickle is infused, you can serve it to the table.Pour into plates, add sour cream, herbs and bread if desired. Do not forget about boiled chicken meat. Pickle with rice and chicken is ready to eat!
