Here is a recipe for a very satisfying pork pickle. Such pickle always turns out rich and thick. This is a very popular dish that your whole family will surely enjoy.

Peel and wash the onions and carrots. Chop them up (you can use a coarse grater for carrots). Place a frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and fry the chopped onions and carrots in it. When the vegetables become soft, add pickles to them. Simmer all ingredients together over moderate heat for about 7 minutes.
As soon as the meat is ready, put the stewed vegetables in a saucepan. For a special aroma, add bay leaf and universal seasoning to the pickle. Peel the garlic clove, chop it and add it to the pot as well. After combining all the components, cook the pickle for another 10 minutes. After that, turn off the gas and leave it on a warm stove for 15 minutes to infuse.
