Here is a recipe for a very satisfying pork pickle. Such pickle always turns out rich and thick. This is a very popular dish that your whole family will surely enjoy.

Rinse the pork. Then cut into small pieces and send to a pot of water. Cook over high heat until it boils. After that, reduce the heat, remove the resulting foam in the broth and salt. Cook the meat for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the required amount of rice cereal, rinse it with a sieve.

Take a potato, peel it, wash it. Cut the peeled potatoes in a way that works best for you.

Put chopped potatoes together with rice groats in a boiling broth. Cook all this for 20 minutes over low heat.

Cooking pickles. Cut them into small pieces.

Peel and wash the onions and carrots. Chop them up (you can use a coarse grater for carrots). Place a frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and fry the chopped onions and carrots in it. When the vegetables become soft, add pickles to them. Simmer all ingredients together over moderate heat for about 7 minutes.

Add tomato paste to vegetables in a frying pan, then add cucumber pickle and a small amount of boiling broth. Simmer the pickle dressing over low heat for 5 minutes. Do not forget to add salt and sugar.

Peel the garlic clove, chop it and add it to the pot as well. After combining all the components, cook the pickle for another 10 minutes. After that, turn off the gas and leave it on a warm stove for 15 minutes to infuse.
