Preparing pickle for the winter using a multicooker is not difficult. It will not take much time for this, and the pickle itself ultimately has a thick consistency and turns out to be very tasty and rich. Everyone chooses for himself a convenient way of cooking, but using a multicooker is always a good and very convenient option.

Before the main preparations, it is necessary to soak the washed pearl barley porridge in cold water for 60 minutes.

Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly, cut the stalk. Next, you should chop the tomatoes in a way convenient for you - you can use a meat grinder, you can use a blender or a food processor.

Rinse fresh cucumbers under running water, cut off the ends on both sides. Chop the fruits themselves with a coarse grater.

Peel the carrots, rinse and grind. Onions should be peeled and finely chopped with a knife.
