Loose pork pilaf in a pan on the stove

Loose and rich pilaf can be cooked not only in a cauldron. With pork and steamed rice, you can even do it in a regular pan. There are some tricks you will learn from this recipe.

Bring the water to a boil, pour it over the rice and leave for half an hour.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent, stirring occasionally.
