If you love fishing or are often faced with the need to cook river fish, such a simple recipe should be loved. The most laborious thing is, of course, to clean such a fish. Otherwise, everything is simple: mix it with chopped onions and lemon, salt and spices. Place on a wire rack and bake until golden brown on the grill. Despite the simplicity of this method, it gives an amazingly tasty result.

We clean the fish from the scales, cut the abdomen, remove the insides and inner films. The head and tail can be left in place. However, you can remove it - in this case, it's a matter of taste. We thoroughly rinse the prepared carcasses with running water and dry them. Place all the fish in a wide bowl. Sprinkle with salt and fish spice mixture. Mix with your hands to distribute the spices throughout the fish.

Peel the onions, rinse and dry. We cut it into small cubes. We do the same with garlic. Rinse the lemon, dry it and cut into thin slices.

Put the onion, lemon and garlic in a bowl with the fish, pour in the soy sauce. Stir everything to evenly distribute the ingredients and leave in a cool place to marinate for one hour.

After the marinating time has elapsed, grease the grill with vegetable oil and place the prepared fish on it. We send the grate to the grill with embers. We bake until tender. Depending on the size of the fish and the intensity of the heat, the process may take different times. We orient ourselves by the golden brown crust on the surface of the carcasses. As soon as the fish turns golden, you're done. Do not forget to turn the grate on different sides for even heat treatment.

We remove the finished fish from the grill, transfer it from the grill to a plate and serve it hot with fresh herbs, lemon, vegetables.
