Rice and zucchini casserole in the oven

You can always whip up a casserole. If you have ready-made rice porridge, mix it with grated zucchini, eggs and cheese. You can even eat such a dish while on a diet.

Rinse the rice, pour 2/3 cup of water and cook for 10-12 minutes, then leave for 3 minutes under the lid.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Fry it in olive oil for 3-5 minutes.

Wash the zucchini, you do not need to peel the young fruit. Grate the vegetable on a coarse grater.
