Bagels with dry yeast jam

Yeast dough rolls are airy and tender baked goods with a sweet surprise inside. Even kneading dough and making bagels is a kind of meditation that is enjoyable. And the aroma of such baked goods gives a feeling of comfort.

Dissolve dry yeast and sugar in warm water, leave this mixture for 10 minutes.
