Lavash roll with red fish, curd cheese and cucumber

It is with great pleasure that I want to share my favorite recipe for a roll with red fish, curd cheese and cucumber made from lavash. The appetizer turns out to be insanely aromatic and incredibly tasty. I often prepare such a roll for a festive table. Fish and seafood lovers will absolutely love this wonderful dish.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Cut the lightly salted red fish into thin slices using a sharp knife.
step 2 out of 8
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly in cool water, then pat dry with a kitchen towel or paper towels and cut into thin strips, after cutting off the tails.
step 3 out of 8
Put a sheet of Armenian lavash on a clean work surface of the kitchen table.
step 4 out of 8
Then grease a sheet of prepared pita bread with curd cheese, evenly distributing it over the entire surface of the pita bread using a silicone spatula or the flat side of a wide knife.
step 5 out of 8
Place the cucumber slices on top of the cheese layer, alternating with the red fish slices.
step 6 out of 8
When you distribute all the filling over the pita bread, roll up the roll as tightly as possible. Roll the roll in plastic wrap or foil and place for 20-30 minutes soak in the refrigerator.
step 7 out of 8
Cut the soaked roll into portions.
step 8 out of 8
Place on a serving plate and serve.

Enjoy an unusually tender and juicy lavash roll with red fish, curd cheese and cucumber!
