Lavash roll with shrimps

Fresh vegetables, lettuce and a light yogurt-based dressing make shrimp rolls a hearty and appetizing dish for a festive table or for a snack at school or work. They will be a good alternative to boring rolls and sandwiches. They are prepared simply and quickly.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 11
Boil the shrimp in slightly salted water. Cook for 3-5 minutes depending on which shrimp you have.
step 2 out of 11
Throw the boiled shrimp in a colander and refrigerate.
step 3 out of 11
Then peel the shell and intestinal filament from the shrimp.
step 4 out of 11
In a small cup, combine the amount of natural yogurt, soy sauce, salt and any spices indicated in the recipe.
step 5 out of 11
Rinse the tomato and cucumber and chop into thin slices.
step 6 out of 11
On the countertop, unfold a sheet of pita bread, cut it into pieces for rolls. Apply half of the sauce evenly to the pita bread.
step 7 out of 11
Then put green lettuce leaves on the pita bread first, on top of them with cucumber and tomato slices.
step 8 out of 11
Place the boiled and peeled shrimps on top of the vegetables.
step 9 out of 11
Sprinkle the filling with medium grated cheese and add the rest of the sauce.
step 10 out of 11
Wrap the stuffed pita bread in neat rolls.
step 11 out of 11
Cooked rolls can be eaten immediately. Do not store the rolls for more than 3 hours, otherwise the lavash will get very wet.

Bon Appetit!
