Prepare the required ingredients for making the roll.

Rinse your favorite greens or the one that is available thoroughly in cool running water, and then shake off excess moisture, then chop with a sharp knife.

Place the herbs in a small bowl. Pre-peeled garlic, chop with a knife or pass through a press. Then add the required amount of curd cheese. Also add mayonnaise and black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Put a sheet of Armenian lavash on a clean work surface of the kitchen table, and then grease it with the prepared spread, evenly distributing it over the entire surface of the lavash using a silicone spatula.
