For everyone who does not like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, I highly recommend using a simple recipe for a ham and cheese roll made from pita bread. An appetizing snack turns out to be quite satisfying and is perfect for a full meal or a quick snack.

Boil chicken eggs in advance, then peel and grate. Cut the ham into small cubes. Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater. Rinse the dill and parsley thoroughly under cold water, then dry and chop with a sharp knife.

Add the required amount of mayonnaise and garlic sauce to the filling, pepper to taste. Stir the filling thoroughly until smooth.

Place a sheet of Armenian lavash on a clean, flat work surface. Put the prepared filling on half of the pita bread and spread it evenly with a silicone spatula. Cover with the other half of the pita bread.

Twist the roll as tightly as possible. And then place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to soak the snack well.
