Roll with lavash cottage cheese

It is with great pleasure that I want to share my favorite recipe for a roll with cottage cheese made from lavash. The baked goods are light and tender, as if they melt in your mouth. To prepare a dessert, you will need the available ingredients that can be found from every housewife. Those with a sweet tooth will surely appreciate this dessert and ask for more.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for making a lavash curd roll.
step 2 out of 9
Put the required amount of cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Cottage cheese can be used with any fat content and texture. I used cottage cheese from a briquette of 5% fat.
step 3 out of 9
Stir well until smooth, then break one chicken egg and add one chicken protein. Using a hand blender, bring the curd mass to a uniform consistency.
step 4 out of 9
Peel the bananas, cut into thin oblong slices.
step 5 out of 9
Put a sheet of pita bread on a clean work surface of the kitchen table. Then lay out the curd filling and spread it evenly over the entire surface using a silicone spatula. Put the bananas on the curd filling.
step 6 out of 9
Form a neat roll by twisting the pita bread tightly. Repeat this procedure with all ingredients.
step 7 out of 9
Lubricate the surface of the rolls with whipped yolk, evenly distributing it with a silicone brush. Sprinkle with pre-chopped walnuts on top. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
step 8 out of 9
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake the rolls for 10-15 minutes.
step 9 out of 9
Cool the finished pita rolls with cottage cheese a little, cut into portions and put on a serving plate. Serve the most delicate dessert with your favorite hot drinks.

Enjoy a delicious dessert!
